Cherrytree is a free and open-source hierarchical note-taking software that organizes texts, codes, and images in a tree structure. It allows storing information in a single XML file or in an SQLite database, which makes data backup and portability easier. Features for editing with syntax highlighting and the option to encrypt notes ensure the protection of your sensitive information.
