Description

CrystalDiskMark Portable is a version of the software CrystalDiskMark that does not require installation, allowing it to be run directly from a portable device, such as a USB drive. Developed to evaluate the performance of storage devices like hard drives (HDD), solid-state drives (SSD), memory cards, and USB drives, it measures read and write speeds in different scenarios.

Main features:

• Performance tests: Allows sequential and random read and write tests, with options to configure the test file size (from 50 MB to 32 GB) and the number of passes (from 1 to 9).
• Test types: Includes tests such as SEQ1M (sequential read/write with 1 MB blocks), 4KiB Q32T1 (random read/write with 4 KB blocks and 32 queues), and others, to simulate different workloads.
• Detailed results: Presents speeds in MB/s or IOPS, with a clear interface for analyzing results.
• Portability: Leaves no traces on the system, as it does not require installation, making it ideal for use on different computers.
• Support for multiple languages: Includes an interface in various languages, with support for visual themes.
• Compatibility: Works on Windows systems (32 and 64 bits) and supports various types of storage devices.

Notes:

• The portable version maintains the same functionalities as the installable version, but is distributed in a compressed file (.zip) that can be extracted and run directly.
• Requires administrative privileges in some cases to access storage devices.
