The Livraria CLEO 4 is a plugin for GTA San Andreas necessary to run most existing MODS.

How to install: After downloading the file, unzip it and copy the files contained in the folder, now just paste them into the game folder (C:/Program Files/Rockstar Games/GTA San Andreas).

Now when you install the MODS, just copy them to the cleo folder.
