Game story:
A long time has passed since the millennial Empire of MU lost total control over the Continent. As the power of the central government of MU continued to dissolve, the feudal lords became drafted and coupled in an internal government over the control of MU, destroying the foundations of their society.
Over time, the fiefs and bloody civil wars destroyed the beautiful land of MU, and during this time, amidst the blood and the tears associated with such conflicts, between the obsessive ambitions of men and those who would be more than men, a darkness and a black shadow would emerge, falling over all of MU. Antonias, a feudal lord, clothed with his burning ambition to control the land called MU, was easily deceived, once named Lemulia by an evil sorcerer, who with Antonias's obsession could bring Kundun, the devil of darkness, back to life.
Seeing his lovely daughter separated from him by a member of Kundun, Antonias shed tears of blood and lamented the fact and made his sick decisions. In the end, it was all for nothing, simply because the death of his daughter was meaningless at the hands of the evil sorcerer. Lemulia did not escape his crime of reviving the devil of darkness, Kundun. There is but only one path of hope for the land of MU.
But who will undertake the task of discovering the 8 sealing stones that have been scattered throughout the continent of MU? Who will seal the Demon Kundun and restore the land to its once previous beauty? Will it be you? The devil of darkness has already begun to take action to dominate the continent of MU. Accept your Mission! Only the sword in your hand can banish Kundun and his millions of demons.
