Description
OPL Game Utility (OPLUtil) is an Android app that makes it easy to install and convert ISO games to UL format. It allows converting PS2 games over 4GB on Android devices using an OTG cable to transfer the files to a hard drive or USB stick.
In addition, the application supports converting ISO or BIN to UL, BIN to ISO and UL to ISO. It also allows you to rename, edit and delete UL listed games. Version 1.1 can now retrieve ul.cfg and create CFGs for use in OPL. In addition, it is possible to download art for games already in UL format or in the conversion list.
