First you need to disable Windows Error Reporting. To do this, enter the Control Panel, go to System and on the Advanced tab click on Error Reporting. Select the Disable Error Reporting option.
Now rename your server's executable to Server.exe and extract the contents of the download into your server's folder and that's it. Now just open the server through OTRestarter.bat, without worrying about kicks or Windows errors, as the server will automatically restart.
