Description

QuickTextPaste is a free program for Windows that allows you to insert predefined texts or commands by pressing key combinations that you choose. It was created by SoftwareOK and works in a portable manner, meaning you can run it without needing to install it on the system. This software maintains a list of entries (each containing text or a command) that you freely define. For each entry, you assign a keyboard shortcut; when using this shortcut within another program, the associated text is automatically inserted where the cursor is located. Among the functionalities are: - pasting long texts, addresses, frequent phrases, or any block of characters using shortcut keys; - there is no length limit for the stored texts; - support for multiple lines and organization of entries in a folder structure; - possibility to define special commands that can execute programs or more complex tasks; - runs with low resource consumption and can be started from a USB drive or local folder without installation. QuickTextPaste is useful in situations where you frequently repeat texts and want to save time when entering this information into different programs.
