It applies the capability of Add/Remove Programs in Windows; this Windows utility does not always work as expected. Sometimes you uninstall a program, but it remains in the list, or you manually delete a program and it keeps being listed. This program checks if the listed programs are actually installed and cleans up. It also shows the programs that do not have an uninstaller.
