BGInfo is software that displays a series of important information about a Windows computer directly on its desktop wallpaper. Among the information it shows are: Processor, IP Address, Windows Version, CPU, RAM Memory and several other information.
You can configure the size and font of the information, as well as add only the information that is relevant to you. It is also possible to choose the position where the information will appear.
What it does is just create a new bitmap of the desktop and then it quits. For this reason you don't have to worry about resource consumption on your machine. It is worth remembering that if you uninstall the program, the information will remain on the wallpaper. To remove just select a new wallpaper.
