Extension for Google Chrome that aims to avoid as much as possible that you lose concentration at work or studies.

Once installed, you will not be able to access any website that is not on the whitelist within the predetermined time, but don't think that it's just a matter of including an address to get away because once installed it is not possible to add or remove any address.

The only way would be to use another browser for this, so if you really want to police yourself, the ideal is to delete other browsers installed on your computer.
